xHake tend to have a very mild taste, with slightly sweet meat and cream-colored to slightly-pink flesh which has a somewhat coarse, watery texture. They have a similar flavour as Cod.

Unfortunately our fresh and frozen produce is perishable and cannot be returned.
Once order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. This is because we cut all our meats to order and begin the preparation process very soon after the order is placed in order to achieve next day delivery.
