Delivery Policy
LOCAL DELIVERY:
We offer free same day delivery in Milton Keynes on all orders over £49.99. There’s a £4.99 delivery charge on orders less than £49.99. We prepare, package and personally deliver all local orders in our refrigerated vans.
NATIONWIDE DELIVERY*:
Our goods are delivered by our reputable third party partners DHL/DPD and we offer next working day delivery on orders placed before 2 pm Monday – Thursday.
Any orders placed after 2 PM would be prepared and dispatched the next day and delivered the following business day excluding weekends.
Any orders placed Friday – Sunday will be prepared and dispatched on Sunday for delivery on Tuesday.(except bank holidays)
To get a delivery on Saturday please select Saturday delivery before checking out (extra charges apply)
If you require delivery specifically on Saturday it is possible but a higher shipping rate is applicable, please check the delivery charges.

- £7.99 for consignments of 15kg and £0.30p per kg for anything over 15kg
USEFUL INFORMATION:
We pack meat and fish in food safe packing trays which are sealed for transportation purposes in temperature controlled boxes upon receiving the parcel please open the trays and put them in fridge or chiller as soon as possible. Upon opening the trays you will get faint smell which is normal and will go away when meat gets some fresh air.
We will deliver only to the address registered to the account or the address provided by you on checkout
It is the customers responsibility to ensure arrangements are made to receive the delivery on the first delivery attempt. 1 hour delivery notification will be provided by our courier DPD via text or email. If delivery is not received in the slot provided then Everfresh Butchers bares no responsibility and no refund will be issued for perishable goods. It is customer’s responsibility to be present on the address to receive delivery in the first attempt
Our goods are packed in ice sheets to remain fresh for xx hours and so after a failed first attempt, a second attempt will be made but If this also fails, the parcel will be destroyed and we will be unable to refund the order
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. This is because we cut all our meats to order and begin the preparation process very soon after the order is placed in order to achieve next day delivery.
