xThis is called the drumette, probably due to the fact that it's shaped like the larger chicken drumstick. There's one main piece of bone in the middle, but there are some joints and cartilage on both ends.

Unfortunately our fresh and frozen produce is perishable and cannot be returned.
Once order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. This is because we cut all our meats to order and begin the preparation process very soon after the order is placed in order to achieve next day delivery.
